Kyraminturn Sedgwick was conceived on August 19th 1965. She is an American actor and producer. Her leading role in TNT's crime drama The Closer as Deputy Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson is her most famous. For her portrayal of Johnson, Sedgwick won a Golden Globe Award in 2007 as well as an Emmy Award in 2010. In the final season of the show Sedgwick won a Golden Globe Award in 2007 as well as an Emmy Award in the year 2010. The series ended August 13th on the 13th of August, 2012.
